Health Planning Associates, L.L.C. was founded by Tim McGinn, Managing General Agent, in December of 2002. Our sole focus is to provide our clients with the best possible service, along with the most cost effective policies without sacrificing quality of coverage. We have no financial ties to any insurance carrier we represent and our only concern is to our clients, their welfare and financial interest.
